Step 2: Our Team Will Get Back to You ASAP
One of our helpful and knowledgeable consultants will reach out to you to and walk through your specific requirements with you. We will then use this information to put together a scope of work. This helps us gather essential information about your project.
Step 3: Site Visit and Discussion
Next, if the project is complex, we may ask to arrange a site visit with you in order to get a better understanding of the project’s physical layout and try to plan around any specific requirements you might have or limitations the project site may impose. During our visit, we will engage in detailed discussion with you to ensure we have a comprehensive grasp of the project.
Step 4: Quote and Draft Presentation
After our visit the Compucable Projects team will arrange a quick meeting with you to discuss the our proposal and quote. With our quote, we present a draft of the site plan, outlining the allocated routing and the precise locations of the network points. This helps you visualize the layout and ensures that everything aligns with your expectations. Additionally, we will provide you with a project plan that outlines the timeline and various stages of the project.
Step 5: Project Kick Off
One of skilled Technical teams will be assigned to your project, inducted and briefed on all the details that we confirmed with you for your project. Our team will handle each of the items that we have outlined in your projects scope until the project is completed.
Step 6: Quality Control Check
One of our experienced Coordinators will visit the project site to do a thorough quality control check. This meticulous evaluation ensures that all aspects of the installation meet our high standards and adhere to industry best practices.
Step 7: Site Handover and Documentation
Once the project scope is complete and quality control inspection has been passed, we will walk you through all of the work that has been done and provide you with all of the detailed documentation you might need to run, maintain or expand your network in the future.
